Stewart Munn took over Marsil Developments in 1992 and he remains the major shareholder of the business. The Company is now well established and most of our work is obtained via recommendation or contact by previous clients who wish to under take further works.

Our quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Typically we will provide a realistic budget estimate for prospective clients based on available drawings and specifications and following a site visit. If the client decides to proeed further with our Company then we will provide a fully detailed specification of works and a fixed price quotation for final consideration and approval and prior to any commencement of works.

We aim to provide out clients with realistic and accurate prices which should only vary if the works are altered in any way of if Building Control require additional items which could not have been foreseen at the quotation stage. Where some items of work require further clarification or specification then we will include a realistic PC sum in our quotation for these aspects of the job. Depending on the size of the contract we normally work on a stage payment basis but we do not take monies up front.

Marsil Developments source specialist skills from a pool of local qualified talented people, many of whom have worked with us since we commenced trading. Health and Safety is of paramount importance to us and we are fully insured. We maintain an excellent relationship with many local architects as well as the Building Control Departments of the local Councils.
